'The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was ok. The items were not checked frequently for being hot and replenished. The staff was very helpful when asked for assistance even at breakfast. I would definitely stay again. We plan to come back in September. It was a convenient location to get to the Harbor area. The parking was convenient and free.'

'Ok for a quick visit but wouldn't recommend for anything beyond a weekend stay. Please be aware that people do not respect the non-smoking signs throughout the hotel. My room reeked of cigarette smoke and I had to keep the AC going to filter out the smell. Mu entire side of the hotel was non-smoking. Also I wouldn't recommend bringing kids there. 'The hotel was recently renovated and all facilities are lovely. Expect the exterior to be the same and enjoy its perfect location near the harbor. In general the staff was attentive and welcoming. It is a very busy week, so we must be patient with those that were not. A special complement to housekeeping. Wash cloths like rosettes and tissues like fans!'

'This was our 2nd stay. Very nice facility. The 2nd stay, I had to leave early due to work. And a issue arose of the parking validation which was very confusing. After 15 minutes it was worked out. The halls and lobby are very warm. I checked on the staff to make sure they were staying hydrated. Hotel rooms were cool, air was on. Would definitely book again, if need be.'

'The outside of the hotel was fairly dirty. There were small pieces of trash and unknown wet spots all around. The staff was very friendly but that was about the only positive for this property. There was a strong smell of air freshener as soon as you got off the elevator and the room had a musty smell. The air conditioner made a whining noise every time it turned on and did not cool the room very well at all which made for a very uncomfortable sleep.'

'Everything was good with a few notable exceptions. Apparently the property is run by an accountant and not a hotelier. In the restaurant there was one server on duty and he was also the bartender and had to take care of the bar, the restaurant and the outside seating area. Way too much! And the food was very average. In the room the amenities were never refilled such as coffee and I was there for 10 days. Also, the toilet paper was single ply! Holy Moly! Next time I'll bring my own! I think...

'I was in town for a concert, and all of the staff were amazing. The rooms were clean, the front desk staff were very kind and professional, and the bartender was fantastic. I would also like to thank Ms. Tyra (I believe she was the AGM) for all of her help with my reservation. I had some issues with how I booked the room, but she was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist me. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to others.'
