'I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and the mall. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.'

'The only issue we has was with the AC. The AC unit was under the window and the thermostat was on the opposite wall and there was a partial divider in between. So, the bed area would get very cold and cool air would not circulate very well due to the divider and the AC thermostat would not turn off the AC.'

'We had no hot water messaged the staff said they would send someone never did! We had to take cold showers and it was miserable. They didn't tell us that the cleaners only come every other so we had no clean towels after working all day. The bar was closed when we got their due to staffing issues. It was just not a good experience all around. We will be not be using Hilton for our future stays. This is not the first Hilton owned property to disappoint us.'

'The room was nice and the TV was easy to use. It would have been nice to have a microwave. I was surprised a parking fee was charged since it wasn't noted on the website. Also the website states a breakfast is available but again doesn't state there is a fee.'
