'As always everything was top notch '

'I did not feel safe. I arrived after dark and after checking in, I had to walk outside to the back of the building to get to my room. The tv was on, which immediately put me on guard and made me feel like there might already be someone in the room. There was damage to the door. The air conditioner didn’t control the temperature so I had to manually turn it on and off. It was loud and I heard doors slamming and people moving around all night. Do not stay here if you are a female traveling alone!'

'I did not try the food or utilize the gym. However, both have an appearance of being highly rated. '

'The staff was snotty and very unhelpful. We called because the TV didn’t work and we were out of body wash. No one answered. We called the main number and no one answered. Finally went downstairs to the front desk and the girl was on her phone playing a game. Said she couldn’t help us. The bed was hard and there are homeless people all around the hotel. Elevator smelled like pot. Wouldn’t stay here again.'

'This place is in the middle of the ghetto the property needs a lot of maintenance and repairing breakfast was not great, it's best to spend a little bit more money and stay somewhere else.'

'where to start the sheets were thread bare you could actually see.through them.The towels were the same. My card to get into the building and room rarely worked without going back to the desk to get it reset. Breakfast consist of mostly things in a Continental breakfast not a hot breakfast. The hotel is not in a good neighborhood,lots of homeless walking around.'

'Bathroom needed updating. The tub had jets that couldn't be used. Shower curtain was torn. There were small bugs in the AC unit. They were gone after running the unit all night so I didn't report it. Hot tub was same temp as pool.'

'The lady at the front desk was very friendly, but this place is a hole in the wall that is falling apart. They don't do any maintenance or repair to anything in the rooms. Even the most basic things. Shower won't drain, bed linens heavily stained, etc...Tons of reviews about all that, but another place I booked first cancelled my room by mistake so I was thankful this hotel had a room available late on a weekend. I was alone so it was fine, but I do not recommend bringing family or kids here. '
