It's unfortunate that I have encountered such a guest for the second time. It seems that John created a scenario in which he claimed there was a rodent at my property and demanded a refund. Despite my willingness to address the issue by bringing in an exterminator, no signs of a rodent were found. It's concerning that John has resorted to blackmailing me, threatening to tarnish my business reputation if I don't comply with his demands.In his emails, John acknowledges the quality of my location and home but insists on receiving the money back, indicating that he will "close the matter" upon receiving it. Such behavior is unacceptable, and I believe booking companies should take action against such individuals to prevent them from booking accommodations in the future.It's important for me to preserve my reputation and address this issue effectively. I have a record of all email conversations, which I can provide to anybody who needs them. I will consider reaching out to the booking company and presenting them with the evidence I have gathered, explaining the situation and John's attempt to blackmail me. They may be able to assist me in resolving this matter and potentially take action against John for his dishonest behavior.I will remain professional and composed throughout the process, as my demeanor will reflect positively on my business.
