'Will stay here again'

'Pleasantly surprised by the simple and excellent room and breakfast facility that had a first class coffee machine.'

'We went here due to an event we had. Staff was super helpful. Breakfast was basic but clean. The lady at the breakfast buffet was amazing at trying to get everything as quickly as possible. Enough parking as well. Rooms were clean except there was a stain on one of the sheets from the pull out couch. Other than that it was great!'

'Een keurig simpel hotel, met vriendelijk personeel. Leuk zwembad en fitnessruimte. Zit vast aan een gezellig restaurant. Het ontbijt is echt Amerikaans, dat had van mij liever een meer een Europees ontbijt mogen zijn'

'The room was muggy and smelt musty. There was clearly water damage that had not been properly fixed. Wallpaper was rippled and pulling way from the walls, stains on the ceiling and walls. Massive cob webs. Sheets were dinghy and not crisp white. We have stayed at this hotel several times in the last 15 years. They have not updated anything. Our room had only one usb port that didn’t work. The shower did have great pressure. We will not bee staying here again.'

'It would have been nice to know the hotel was under construction. We were put on the 4th floor. The ice machine wasn't working, the fridge in our room wasn't working and when I asked the desk about them, the only answer I received was "we are under constructin". It was a waste of $200 for one night. Very disappointed.'

'Overall, a very nice hotel. This Courtyard site was attached to a larger Marriott Bonvoy which was convenient. The Kip's Irish pub restaurant was very good. Overall a good hotel, they offer nice breakfasts on the Courtyard side, but they are not free. Only complaint was during a 4-day stay, we put in for a housecleaning midway through the stay and never received it. Had we stayed longer, we would have reconciled that. Disappointed that something got lost in translation.'

'My room seemed clean and tidy. My room was lacking in maintenance. Poorly fitting and functioning shower fixtures. Could not get the TV to work. Called the front desk for assistance, staff said they would send someone to my room but no one came. Very disappointed.'

'When I booked my reservation it said that breakfast was included for 2 per day but when we went to the breakfast restaurant, they said we had to pay $23 dollars. I mentioned it to the lady at check out and she said that she would tell the manager and have them be in touch with me about it but never heard from anyone. I even showed her and she agreed that it said it was included'

'Positive: - Staff was great and good food options for breakfast. Negative: -My room barely had any water flow in the sink. Could not use it to wash up or brush teeth. Staff was aware of the issue but hotel management has not fixed it still. - Gym did not have a bench to perform any work out routines. Dumbell rack is nice with good amount of weights. Overall property needs to be cleaned up and alot of maintenace to care for.'

'It's a beautiful building but we definitely wouldn't stay there again. We've stayed in many different hotels around the country, some more expensive, some greatly less. We've found that the we get More perks at the lesser expensive places. This place charges awfully high prices for the breakfast, for example if you get toast, cereal and Danish it's $12, if you want to add a hot item it's $18 , if you want to add an omelette it's $23 and a beverage is $5 more!! They also offer Starbucks with ...

'Big clean room (2 queens) bumpy bed. With fridge and tv. Breakfast was very good. Wafels and pancake maker also English breakfast. But the service is very bad! Bath tap kept running, made 3 time's a complain. Everytine is was new and agsin promisses to send maintanance. He/she never came. 3 nights sleep with a running bathtap is no pleasure I can tell you. No cleaning of the room. When I asked they would clean by 2 days. It was 2 days and then sudden oh then it is 3.... I can make my own...

'El personal es pésimo, no son amables, parece que te estuvieran haciendo un favor al hospedarte, me hospedé por 3 noches y cada día tenía que llevar las llaves a reactivar porque se bloqueaban y el personal se burlaba. La zona es un poco insegura, la gente que se hospeda no es confiable.'

'Nobody was ever around to help us and it was filthy like nobody ever cleaned around there. Blinds were broken tv didn't work,water got all over the floor from the br shower. But the one thing I loved most was I was able to bring my fur babies there.'
