'We stayed for a couple of days and loved the experience! Allison and Hugh are one of the best hosts we´ve ever met. They are kind, welcoming and always available to help with anything you need. The breakfast they prepare is outstanding, everything homemade and delicious.

'The Ramnee hotel was an excellent stay for us while we toured the highlands. The hotel has a ton of character and our room was excellent. There are a few things to walk to from the hotel, but a car is a benefit to go into town. The staff was excellent and we enjoyed our stay.'

'It was beautiful to be beside the Cathedral. It was nice to get some laundry done while there. They would benefit from having salt, pepper, butter and separate packages for the sugar. Also to let guests know there is a flight of stairs to the flat. '

We hebben beide niet willen douchen ivm staat douche , wc-bril zat niet goed vast, er zitten nestjes met meeuwen rond het hotel. Die meeuwen schreeuwen de hele dag en nacht. Er was een trappenhuis naast onze kamer, die was zo muf dat we liever omliepen voor een andere trap.

"The hotel has a good location and decent rooms, but our stay was marred by several issues. Our shower was broken upon arrival, leaving us unable to shower for a full day. We had to build makeshift water barriers with towels to prevent flooding.
Service at the front desk was poor. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, and when we asked about it, staff falsely claimed we had declined housekeeping, which we hadn’t.
The elevator smelled strongly of vomit throughout our visit and was never addressed. After the shower was finally repaired, no one informed us or followed up, and there was no apology for the inconvenience.
The breakfast area often felt unclean — tables were sticky, and between 8:00 and 9:00 it got overcrowded quickly, with food items running out fast."
