'Mom here: the staff were 10/10 friendly. The hotel is currently under construction (May 2026) carpet is pending replacement once construction is over. I have no complaints the bed was comfortable, the room got as cold as we wanted, the shower had wonderful water pressure. The breakfast was solid. No construction sounds outside of 9a-4p. 'We have stayed at this particular hotel 5 times in as many weeks. We like the location, the price has been good, and the staff is very friendly. We are only needing a place to sleep, so do not use the other available facilities. We enjoy the biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Overall, reasonably clean and maintained. Will continue to use as needed.'

'My family of 6 loved the Annabell Gardens. Getting to the place, I wasn’t entirely sure it was a very nice area. But once we pulled into the parking lot, we were in awe of how cute the little complex was with all the grass, trees, and walkways, plus the outdoor pool/hot tub. We were lucky that it was a warm day and got to use the pool. It was nicely heated and we all had fun! Hot tub is a little small, but we mostly had the place to ourself, so it fit us. 'Was given a room that appeared to be occupied, was informed that the housekeepers filled out paperwork that the room was cleaned. I was however given another room but, with the constant noises of renovation and the initial experience….i was very uneasy and didn’t enjoy my 4 day stay within this establishment. I had traveled 13 hours from Texas to attend my daughter’s college graduation, reserved my suite a week in advance so therefore, I wasn’t at all pleased with this experience. In fairness,...

'The room was clean, updated and comfortable. Their pool and hot tub was actually in service. The hot tub was hot and relaxing! We also enjoyed the variety of the breakfast buffet. They even had a variety of condiments for the food and coffee bar! We would make a repeat visit there again if needed! '

'Overall good value. Staff was courteous and accommodating. Rooms looked just like the pictures. A/C and water pressure were great, plenty of hot water as well. I especially liked the shades really blacked out the light so we weren't woken by the sunlight.'

'It is a no Smoking motel however you can step out on you balcony and smoke. Well the hallways were full of smoke. Noisy neighbors and a barking dog in the building. The bathroom was tiny. Toilet was literally the sink it was so close very uncomfortable '
