We picked this hotel because it was centrally located in Ocean Shores, affordable rates for good-sized rooms, and because it had a pool and hot tub. We had two junior suites which each had two queen beds, a separated area for a sitting area with a sort-of kitchenette, and a jetted bathtub. The rooms were clean and nicely anointed (plenty of soaps, shampoos, lotions, and towels).
But there were a few things we found less than stellar including: the bathtub was a bit slippery and hard to get in and out of -especially for us older folks. The separate sitting area has a wall between the sitting area and bed area, which had a big cut-out in it so you could see through it to outside. Sounds great, but no way to close it so I would get ready for bed, in the bed area thinking I haf privacy and then look up and realize that someone outside could have seen me. Oopsy! Lol. The beds seemed to have memory foam mattresses but were super firm and made for an uncomfortable night. And the last thing we found annoying was the kitchenette area. While it was lovely to have a little fridge, microwave, and sink... there were no paper towels (or towels or washclothes) there, nor were there any plates or eating utinsels... which took a lot of the functionality of the kitchenette away. Also the coffee they provided (in little filter pouches) was rather horrid.
So while I think this hotel was decently priced, clean, and had a very nice staff, I don't know that we would stay there again.
