It says on site that nearest parking was trinity centre. So we parked there over night only to find out while struggling with luggage wind and rain there is parking at hotel.

Fabulous place to stay! The hotel also went above and beyond to make our stay special, which we greatly appreciated. To begin with, we were on our honeymoon & our train broke down. It was pouring rain & took hours for us to get to our hotel. We were stressed & overwhelmed, but once we got to the hotel it was like an oasis in the storm. The staff were very kind and helpful & even upgraded us to a nicer room for our honeymoon. They also treated us to a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate. It honestly lifted our spirits after a rough travel day. I'd give the hotel staff a 10/10 for how thoughtful and kind they were. The hotel itself is also really nice. We loved the design of the room and enjoyed that it had both a shower & a bathtub. It was one of the few places we stayed that also had room service, which was delightful on a rainy, cold day. There's also a spa at the hotel & I was able to book a massage last minute & truly relax. The hotel was also a 2-minute walk to the art museum (great museum, definitely a must-see!) and restaurants/shops. We visited Aberdeen during the winter (after New Year's) so many shops/restaurants were closed for the month, but staying in such a lovely hotel still made our visit very memorable. Overall, we'd highly recommend this hotel to travelers visiting Aberdeen. It has a great location and great amenities. We were only in Aberdeen for one night, but the hotel was a true highlight of our visit. We'd definitely stay at the hotel again in the future.

Room was shabby, shower leaked and had been badly repaired. Dirt around plug in sink , marks on carpet, bed not comfortable and pillows lumpy foam!! Reception staff were pleasant, parking is free and close to Museum and HMT. Staff said there is a current refurb of the rooms being done, would not stay again in current state.

We had a seamless evening check in and out experience, and a lovely quiet evening. Appreciated the easy thermostat control of the room and efficient toiletries (large bottles that stay rather than endless packaging. I would have loved conditioner as well as shampoo though. Our friends were able to park a couple of hours nearby to visit with us which was helpful.

dishes were dirty with some having lipstick still on it. the parking was extremely inconvenient at £12 a night. we ended up having to park half a mile away because they only have maybe 15 parking spots available. Otherwise service was excellent.

Nice hotel. Very male orientated. Parking an issue so check with hotel first. Our room was nice but lighting could have been better. Again could have been better equipped for females. Lighting, better sited plug points and mirrors. Having said that staff were excellent. Easy walks to some nice restaurants.

Comfortable and very clean. Handy having a microwave in the room. Suited my stay being on my own. Close to the centre of the town. A bus stop right outside made it easy to visit at the hospital.
