'We really liked this property; it's conveniently located on Newbury Street, with everything close by. The room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was the 12 flights of stairs, we wish we had known about that before booking. We had a large suitcase, and carrying it up to the 4th floor was definitely not fun. 'According to price, it is what to be expected. Although the photo's on the website did not match the room. Everything was there. A good bed, a private bathroom and a kichinette. 'Had a wonderful stay! Very clean, beautifully decorated, with attention to detail. Location was excellent, especially for walks along the dock, with many restaurants in close walking distance. Only critique, was the thin floor/ceiling, could hear down stairs neighbors walking on the hard wood floors and their television while in the bedroom. I put on the fan to create white noise to help minimize the noise. Outside of this, it was a perfect stay.'
