'The service provided by front desk staff, Anthony was superb (5 star treatment). Anthony is a credit to your hotel. We were so warmly welcomed and then offered a local restaurant recommendation and reservation. We had a super early morning flight and a shuttle was no problem and it was only a 5 minute drive. Everything was so clean and lovely. We only wish we could have stayed longer! '

'Very accommodating for a late check in after flight delays. The bathroom facilities were poor, but I feel this came from the people staying there rather than staff cleaning. The aesthetics of the outside of the rooms was nice, inside very basic, curtains don’t block any light so have a large towel you can use over it. '

My flight got in late, so I arrived at 10:40 in the evening to discover that my room did not have a toilet or shower in the room… I was expected to use a communal bathroom out in the hallway. Of course, none of this was mentioned in the description of the property. The owner said that she offered to change my room, but there was confusion on that issue. 'Beautiful, clean little hotel . Bargain for $30.00. It’s just unfortunate that phone line in the room wasn’t fixed . Owner should look into it as it’s annoying to walk up and down the stairs everytime you need something. Staff are very , very accommodating.'

'The room is clean. I was pleasantly surprised after a long trip from El Nido to be welcomed by a spacious clean white room. We had a big bed for my husband and I and, two single beds for my two daughters. For the price we paid, it was really good value. We had an early morning flight, so they offered to pack our breakfast. They have arranged for our tour and our van to the airport. The.staff is friendly and accommodating. '

The driver Nick got out & asked shop owners, people he knew & there was no such property. After spending nearly an hour, I contacted Expedia for another reservation. Could this have been a scam???'

' restaurants bad internet would disappear as soon as you went in your room. Was never fixed to work. A/C barely kept room comfortable. Very noisy. Owner and staff live there and would cook eat and laugh until 1am in the morning. To many other places around to stay here again'
