'Very rude staff and completly lack in customer service.. rooms are not sound proof and AC doesn't work .. highly humid as close to sea and staff is not supportive at all .. I need to leave the room as can't sleep and no further support offered by management. Don't fall in trap of fake ratings this place has .. some rooms are without windows.'

'The property is in a perfect location, easily walkable to all places of interest. The staff were friendly and helpful. This property is more like small apartments as supposed to being a proper hotel. There is no reception. Luckily the nice man in the hotel opposite helped me with my check-in. Unfortunately I had to wait for 40mins while my room was cleaned and then discovered that I had to go to another hotel for breakfast. 'Very nice and big flat in a very live street, 3rd floor with no lift but not a showstopper. Very close to the sea and have very good access yo public transport and taxis. Restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and entertainment are within 2-5 min walking distance. The host is very nice and cooperative.'
