Good hotel but currently under maintenance (2019)
Good hotel, but currently under maintenance. (Nov 2019) At walking distance to the Grand Mosque, but no further restaurants or shops or sights to walk to. I had hoped it to be at walking distance to the ADNEC exhibition ctr, but it is way to far. Staff is correct and helpful. Food is good. Breakfast is great.

Sshandalig slecht en zeker geen 5 sterren!
Verschrikkelijk veel geluidsoverlast en na meerdere klachten wordt er niets aan gedaan. de badkamer is nog niet eens 1 ster waard en ze willen totaal niet meewerken aan een oplossing. Het "gewone" personeel is erg vriendelijk, maar de managers totaal niet klantgericht. De badkamer van het goedkoopste Centerparcs huisje is nog beter. Na 6 nachten niet of nauwelijks geslapen te hebben door het geschreeuw en het brandalarm dat minimaal 3 keer per nacht afgaat, hebben wij contact opgenomen met expedia en uitgecheckt. Heel gedoe tijdens je vakantie waar je niet op zit te wachten. Uiteindelijk de overige 9 nachten naar Park Rotana hotel gegaan en wat een verademing was dit. Als je een jeugdherberg zoekt, dan komt dit hotel in aanmerking!

口コミにもあったとおり、たしかにホテルへの入り口は分かりづらい。グーグルマップの案内は、ゴール直前のランナバウトから無視して「West Wing」の看板に従って向かいましょう。ホテルも5つ星かと言われると、さすがにそれは言い過ぎかと。しかし、部屋は広く、 決して新しくはないものの清掃・整備が行き届いている。スタッフのサービスも素晴らしく、周囲も静かで出張期間をとても快適に過ごすことができた。グランド・モスクも歩けない距離ではないので、レジャーでの利用にも向いていると思う。個人的には、また泊まりたいと思う。

Great stay with few areas of improvement
The hotel is very nice and clean, I really loved the welcome biscuits given at the reception and at the room. I loved the cinema theater that they offer on site and the elegant, quiet and calm atmosphere. There were 2 not-so-good things about my stay on Armed forces hotel though: the pool does not belong to the hotel itself but to a sort of club, therefore, there is 0% privacy if you want to use the pool as there are swimming classes all day. The pool was packed and I was not comfortable having so many people around during pandemic time. The second not so good thing was that they made us wait for almost 30 min at the reception before we could get our room. The customer service team however was very nice and helpful though. Other than these two downfalls, I enjoy my stay.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff
A comfortable hotel despite the presence of maintenance in some of the hotel facilities and its location in a very quiet place, but I do not advise travelers who will rely on taxis because the hotel location is located at the entrance to the city, there will be transportation costs, but in general the hotel is very good and has facilities and a very beautiful garden.

Very old room. Old furnitures old TV . No hot water just a bit warm it is a hotel from the 70's. Breakfast very cheap style but not cheap to pay. WiFi very slow and unreliable. Only thing that was good is the proximity to exhibition center

Friendly staff makes up for all the hotel flaws
Staff were friendly which made our stay good but the hotel is a bit rundown. Duvets should be replaced with new one because it is already in pieces. It disgust me when i saw it.

Выбирая отель, хотелось восточного колорита и красивой территории, остановились на этом отеле- на картинках все красиво. Оплатила 2 номера для нашей семьи по невозвратному тарифу, попросила номера максимально близко друг к другу, т к дети. На следующий день после оплаты пришло письмо от отеля о том, что у них идет реконструкция и часть территории недоступна. Но в письме не было указано: 1. Что по факту недоступна ВСЯ территория, открыт только отель и парковка рядом, перекопано и перекрыто просто Все! 2. Работы ведутся круглосуточно прямо под окнами и ночью и в 6 утра что- то пилят, заколачивают и сверлят- шум и пыль. 3. В письме отель не указал, что я могу отказаться от бронирования, не потеряв всю сумму за 2 номера. Заселение : мы приехали в 15:30 - один номер дали сразу, второй мы ждали 40 минут, хотя время для чек ина не раннее, получили 2 номера в разных концах ооочень длинного второго этажа (245 и 204) - наши пожелания не учли. Тапочек и халатов нет и, конечно, их никто не предложил. Носильщик принес чемодан, взял чаевые, пообещал принести вазу под цветы и пропал - вазу мы так и не увидели. На любые жалобы о шуме и пыли сотрудники отвечали, что мы могли бы отказаться от их отеля после информационного письма, наше предложение компенсировать наш дискомфорт бесплатным завтраком также было жестко отказано. Т е вместо фразы « спасибо, что вы все-таки с нами» была «вы могли бы отказаться от нас». Вот такое восточное гостеприимство. Что такое клиентоориентированность тут не зна

Great place
There was an issue with our room being mixed up on the first night but it was rectified within 24hours.. staff were very helpful and friendly with loads of activities and food available on the premises!! Wifi was terrible tho. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay!! Hotels.com also we’re super helpful with rectifying the room mix up!!
