Apart hotel com regular acomodação
A localização é muito boa, próxima de alguns restaurantes, ao lado de uma farmácia e com estacionamento amplo gratuito no subsolo do prédio. Quarto amplo, chuveiro bem quente, ar condicionado bem gelado. A experiência foi positiva. Pontos negativos: o corredor de acesso aos quartos fedem MUITO, e o quarto tinha um certo cheiro de mofo, mas quando abríamos uma janela o cheiro diminuía e melhorava um pouco. No geral, pelo preço e localização, recomendo.

Time to renovate...
The staff made the stay very enjoyable . Front office and house keeping are very friendly and efficient. had some issues with the safe box , the staff had to replace it 2 times but no luck. shortage in towels but the house keeping did their best to support. The TV in the bed room not connected , TV stations in the sitting area are very noisy with poor signal.

Very basic hotel. I paid over $300 for a night for two star accommodation. The place was not clean and facilities were outdated. There’s no restaurant or even a place for breakfast. At check out the manager told me they needed to check on the room before letting me check out. After a ten minutes of waiting around I told him I had to leave for the airport and so I left without getting the receipt. The room was already paid for.

I stayed in one bed room apartment which was an amazing room with very good condition for all the facilities. the hotel is in great area and has good gym. just hope if it has swimming pool.

Home Away From Home
The hotel was located near the main bus station. Due to poor city planning, all transportation to attractions must be done by taxi. The room was superb and well stocked as an apartment. The hotel staff was very attentive. The free wifi service was extremely responsive. I would stay here again, if returning.

Rundum zufrieden und Preis-Leistung akzeptabel.
bekam zeitlich früher das Zimmer als bei der normalen check- in Zeit und auch ein upgrade. Personal hervor zu heben, besonders Ms. Carla or Clara an der Rezeption. Sehr freundlich und hilfbereit. Zimmerservice sehr sehr freundlich,Filipinas. Das Zimmer war zu kalt 17 Grad und nach abschalten des AC bis check- out immernoch 20 Grad. Kühlschrank hat nicht gekühlt wurde aber sofort ausgetauscht. Dusche okay, Bad etwas klein und keine Ablage. In der Kategorie zufrieden.

Excellent Value, Very Friendly and Helpful Staff
The accommodation was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was quite spacious and well situated for local supermarket and and a few eating places. Very happy with our stay and would definitely go back. Only slight criticism is the lack of kitchen equipment e.g. No breakfast bowls or tea spoons.

bad housekeeping
Good hotel but the housekeeping service is bad. The bathroom not clean very well specially the toilet set dirty and I ask them to fix the shower handle but they ignor me twice so I had to take a shower for a week holding the shower handle with one hand. Also I ask them to give me white suger but the keep giving me with brown suger every time they clean the room. Also they never clean the kitchen sink and the tea cups. This is crazy actually they are suppose to be clean these basics things by default.
