The apartment is fully automated with the doors, entertainment, lighting, blinds, Air Condition just to mention a few are all capable of being controlled from an Ipad or a smart phone. The space is spotlessly clean and well lit, with tiled floors and large double glazed windows. The rooms are fitted with a mix of King size beds, Double beds, luxurious crisp beddings and well thought out, high quality furniture throughout.

Please note that the apartment is cosy for up to 6 people. If it is intended to have more than 6 people sleep over at the apartment, the host approval must be sought in advance.

BEDROOM 1
Contains a King size bed and two wardrobes with draws. Plus two bedside tables.

BEDROOM 2
Contains a Double size bed and a wardrobe with draws.

BEDROOM 3
Contains a Double bed with a bed side draws. Plus two bedside tables.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is well equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge. There is also a TV with Apple music entertainment system integrated and zoned for enjoyment whilst dining. Our designer dining room table seats up to 4 people comfortably. There is also free coffee and tea for your enjoyment.

LIVING ROOM
There are two really cosy space to spend your evenings relaxing. There's a 65 inch and 55 inch TV with access to Netflix and Apple home entertainment system for your enjoyment.

SHOWER ROOMS (3 number provided within the apartment)
Large, super modern, fully equipped shower rooms. Luxury toiletries and fluffy towels are all provided.

GUEST TOILET
There is a guest toilet in the living room to use whilst entertaining guests.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have fully and complete access to the apartment.
Other things to note:
Our standard check in times are between 2pm - 6pm. Check out is strictly by 12noon. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and an additional fee.
Strictly no hen/stag parties or night parties. Any parties held at the apartment will result in forfeiting your entire deposit.
Strictly no smoking of any sort in the apartment. Smoking in the apartment will result in forfeiting your entire deposit.
Self check in - with 24/7 hrs concierge, no need for delays or waiting for keys.
