I really enjoy this hotel, it was clean, beautiful and modern. It was nice having a fridge & cooker in the room. Amenities were refreshed daily. I especially enjoyed the gym every morning with cold water, clean towels and new equipment.

The only minor issue I had was with the breakfast menu - it didn't have a lot of options. Apart from that Fraser Suites is super amazing!

Fairly new facility and thus far well maintained. The guestroom product meets global standards and the hotel itself is worldclass. Staff are very helpful but proper training is a missed opportunity. Check in process is uneccessarily long. F & B is very good each meal is a buffet unless you ask for a la carte. Good security. 3 brief blackouts but power is consistent. I highly recommend and will continue to stay there providing current standards are maintained.

Super safe. That’s probably the most important thing about this hotel. I think it’s too expensive though for what they offer: $225 wo breakfast. Also the isolation is poor where you can hear what’s going outside your door at all times. And there was also a stuffy smell to my room.

A morden hotel
I was at Fraser Suites on a business trip for 4 nights. The hotel is Morden and clean except for little noticeable mould around the shower edges. My only main complain was that I had cold showers for the first two mornings. I called the reception on the 2nd morning and waited for the assistance that she said was coming, which never came. I was late for work that morning and had to take a cold shower. It only got resolved when I went to speak with the reception in the evening. My room was also opposite the lift and people coming off the lift late at night disturbed my sleep.

I am truly sorry for all the inconveniences you faced. I assure you that all your points of observation and concern have been personally addressed by me with the related leadership teams. Most of them concern very basic standards and services that one would expect from a hotel such as ours, and which have always been our strength. Your feedback has provided ample and specific inputs for us to work upon and improve.
Once again, please accept my sincere apologies for the inconsistencies you experienced in our hospitality on this recent stay. I call upon your understanding and generosity of spirit to give us another chance to prove that your last experience is really not the norm at our hotel. Lovely hotel, but it is a non-alcohol establishmen
The hotel was lovely, the room was very good and well furbished. We were disappointed to arrive and find that it was a no alcohol establishment. I could not find this listed anywhere on hotels.com website. There is a store nearby, but it is closed on Sundays.
