WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO
I found out the hotel chargers about 40 dollars for the room I book. HOW ON EARTH DID THIS BOOKING SITE CHARGE ME 80 dollars FOR THIS ROOM. Worst is there was no breakfast for me. HOTEL SAYS I DO NOT BENEFIT FROM THE BREAKFAST BECAUSE I BOOKED ONLINE. The room was as small as a prison. SECURITY IS AOTHER ISSUE. THE ROOM I SLEPT IN HAD O WAY YO LOCK THE WINDOWS INTERNALLY. That means even with your door locked someone can enter through your window!!! I couldn’t sleep the whole night cause I was scared and just waiting for morning to come so I checkout. Rubbish in the dustbin smelling from the previous room user. The hotel did not bother to even empty the bin before I came to the room. Room was smelling. This is the worst hotel I have been in my entire lifetime.. and to think I paid 80 dollars for this crap annoys me… Unfriendly receptionists and all. Unpainted entrance to the hotel old rooms with poor maintenance. Oh my God!! There is NOTHING GOOD I can say about this hotel. Absolutely NOTHING!!! The noise from the bar and the cars honking from the street will make you not sleep and restless.. Bro just stay away from this hotel….it is never worth it. Even if this is the only hotel available in Abuja, it is way better to sleep on the streets!

Close promixity to the city center. Prompt check in. What i didn't like was the cost of the meal (native soup and swallow), which was ridiculously expensive and tasteless. Breakfast buffet was okay (not tasteful though)

Great service by the staff but I was disappointed in the quality of my room. The AC did not work as well as the others and the remote control was missing. My water heater also wasn't working. I'm sure this is not the standard of the other rooms but I wish mine would have been switched out.

I was hopeful about staying at this property because of the reviews but my stay was not that great. The systems were down upon check in and so they could not look up the reservation. I was moved to four different rooms because things were leaking or broken in other rooms. The key card did. Not work for my room and the key card reader did not work to reprogram it. Every time I left the hotel I had to return the master key and then ask for it when I returned. It was a room for 2 adults and there was 1 towel. Not a face towel or hand towel, just 1 towel. There were 4-5 channels that came on the tv and the picture was not clear. I also didn’t like that staff smoked inside the building. I could smell the smoke like it was inside my room. I have no problem tipping workers for their help. However, I don’t think that I should have to ask you everyday to do something like being me a towel or services the room and then you approach me with your hand out. Unfortunately the stay was not what I was expecting and I think the reviews with the 4.5 stars are fake.

Good facility , nice location , good food but the elevator was out and for 2 days wasn’t repaired. Had to carry my luggage’s with the staff helps dan stairs . Also maintenance of the room wanted to be done while I was there with the manager suggesting I switch room , that is not good . Over all , I enjoyed my stay and could still use the facility

My experience at the hotel was good. The staff were very polite and helpful. the environment is decent and always tidy. I enjoyed my self and I would not mind staying there again. An area for improvement will be the breakfast variety. whiles the options provided for breakfast are great and delicious, it could potentially be a bit heavy for some people to have as breakfast. Additional lighter varieties will be complimentary to the already options. The breakfast options should also be named, for those who don't know the options on table On the overall, I enjoyed myself.

The picture of the rooms is very deceptive and not a true reflection of the size. I booked the aclove room and agter seeing how tight it was, i decided to upgrade to the stand asrd room for which the hotel.charged me a whopping N14,000 Naira (about 45 dollars extra.) The breakfast buffet was boring without much options of meal. I wont stay there again.

Great hotel, friendly staff for the most part. Great WiFi, 24 hour restaurant with good food. Rooms were cleaned daily. Outside bar and pool is helpful for when you want to just chill at your hotel for a day. The only thing I would suggest is carry your own towel and face cloth. Hotel staff is stingy with towels and also will charge you if you soil towels with make up and etc. overall good experience and I would return!

Most of the staff was wonderful. The lobby and restaurant was beautiful. The room was not in the greatest shape. The bathroom was not good. Shower had been poorly patched together. No receptacles in the bathroom.

Very hospitable staff. Walls in room could use a wash down due to stains. Alcove room was a little tight and double mattress was a little squeaky. Otherwise pleased for the price bargain which included breakfast for 1.
