'The tile floor in our room needed to be washed. The next morning we were awakened by staff screaming at each other in the room across the hall. The Starbucks coffee shop in the hotel was not open and neither was the restaurant open for dinner. Not exactly a 4 star experience'

'The staff at the restaurant were absolutely wonderful. The property was clean. We enjoyed an evening stroll along the waterfront as well. An added bonus is the Napan Bakery located across the street!'

'A beautiful Inn with lovely antiques and gorgeous woodwork. Room was very spacious, clean, with a bright updated bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and at night it was very quiet, even with being right on Main Street. The guest kitchen on the second floor was such a convenience! Shops and restaurants were just a short walk away. Check-in and checkout were contactless, but they added nice personal touches that let you know they were nearby. We would definitely recommend.'
