NOTE: Smoking is permitted exclusively on the balcony, while the consumption of cannabis, excessive noise, and loud music are strictly prohibited. Furthermore, the apartment accommodates a maximum of four guests at a time.

Regular housekeeping and maintenance are diligently conducted, with our team kindly knocking before entering the apartment. In the event of no response, they will use a key for cleaning and maintenance purposes.
