Das Hotel ist sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich, das Essen ist sehr gut, ich komme wieder. Katastrophal ist der versprochen Shuttlebus, er war weder zur Abholung noch zur Fahrt zum Flughafen verfügbar.

Easy to reach a pharmacy if needed but long, not unpleasant and definitely safe, walk to any shops. Love this hotel and at the end of our busy stay in Ghana we always have 2 nights for total collapse, swimming and relaxation. Staff are wonderful. Feels like coming home.

A good option in Cantonments
This is a good place overall. The grounds are beautiful, and the pool seems nice (though it was out of service when I was there). Breakfast is great, and the service is strong. The rooms are rather dated, and take a bit away from the aesthetic of the place, but they are functional and reasonably comfortable.

From Los Angeles to Accra
A great stay. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel location is accessible to popular sites in Accra. There was a market a block away. The restaurant had great food. Their jollof rice was excellent. The shuttle picked me up and took me to the airport. It was excellent.

Incredible staff. Relaxed and mellow vibe. Strong internet (around 30mbps). Nice breakfast. Easy pick up and drop off at the airport. Rooms (I stayed twice) were okay - clean with good aircon and wifi but it could use some updating. Overall incredibly happy and great value for money.

Nice pool area. Clean rooms. Breakfast had options "on menu", not when we ordered (bacon/sausage; we only have sausage, different juice options; we only have pineapple juice etc) In our room we kept AC at 16 (as it was when we entered) the whole time, because that way only room stayed cool enough.

Quaint place in the heart of Cantonments, away from the hustle and bustle of the city - but close enough for a quick walk or Uber ride. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was good and the room service I ordered tasted nice and arrived promptly. The place had slowed down a bit post-COVID but it seems to have made a full recovery. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff in all the various departments were helpful, polite, pleasant and fantastic. Nora at the front desk took hospitality to a another level, she handled all my requests promptly, with a warm smile and exceptional customer service. My room was modern, well furnished, and located in a quiet section of the premises. The food was tasty and service was also very good. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Mahogany and looking forward to a repeat later on this year. I would also be happy to recommend friends and family members to stay in a lovely and hospitable place like Mahogany Lodge.

Also, your payment was not an online one therefore a hotel collect payment and since you didn't check in payment has not been taken from you in any way. Also, after reserving the room an automated message was sent with full details on how to get to the hotel including sending flight details fro airport transfer but you neither seem to have read it nor replied to it. The property and staff are friendly, welcoming and very accomodating. I really enjoyed my stay. It is a nice, quiet and welcoming environment. I will be back and I will recommend others to stay here as well. Room for improvement includes ensuring there is someone to answer the reception phone or be present at the front desk at all times. There were a few times no one answered the calls repeatedly. The same applies to the kitchen to order breakfast or other food items. Otherwise, wonderful stay.

When we come to Ghana we always stay here at least one night when we arrive. It’s a quiet safe and beautiful place to relax and rest after a long flight. There is WiFi, air conditioning, a lovely pool and a fabulous restaurant. Definitely recommend Mahogany Lodge to anyone coming to Accra.
