'I love this hotel and I'm sad not to be able to give it 5 stars but it's sadly suffering from neglect. I know times are hard for hospitality but it could be so much nicer with a few changes. For instance why have a cupboard obviously meant for a fridge but not have a fridge? Why have fake grass on the balcony which gets full of water and very unpleasant to walk on? 'Stinky room with smell of fungus, strange check-in questions - declarations for lost items and asking for taking photo of ID. Breakfast - just brought plate without asking what I actually want to have for full English?? This place is not good - cannot recommend. One bright spot was easy parking. '

'Extensive mould in the bedroom. Very dated decor in room and the taps were broken. Lots of cobwebs. Wedding on and the music played till 00.30 very loud, so couldn't sleep at all. A memorable stay for the wrong reasons'
