Par contre, nous confirmons d'avoir une spa avec: Sauna finlaindaise, whirlpool avec chromothérapie, douce à seau, jet kneipp, espace détente avec coin lecture. We regret that you did not know that the restaurant is on the sea, but this information is written in the hotel information. It seems strange to read that the staff was not kind, for us it is importan to satisfy our guests and we do everything to make your stay pleasant. When you communicated the problem about wifi and television we immediately intervened and we regret to read that this was not appreciated. It is possible to use the pool and stay at bar until reception is open. We regret that you did not tell us that you need to have dinner at the hotel, we would have found the solution for you. The extra to pay for the use of the kitchen is due to the extra cleaning that our staff must provide at the end of the stay.
