ABOUT THE SPACE!!
This custom chalet is situated on 1 private acre with a cozy covered porch, beautiful fireplace and a private hot tub.

As you enter the home, you're drenched in natural light thanks to floor to ceiling windows throughout the main room. If privacy is what your heart desires, just draw the light-filtering cordless blinds and enjoy the peaceful serenity.

The kitchen is fabulously equipped and features custom granite counters, stainless appliances, and a genuine hammered copper sink. There is a built-in water filter under the kitchen sink, so you can enjoy sipping on the fresh cold mountain water without the worry of contaminants.

Each of the 2 bedrooms includes a Queen bed with fresh white linens and plenty of pillows

The full bathroom has been completely updated with Carrara marble sink top, comfort height toilet, and gleaming chrome fixtures. And since nobody likes a dark bathroom, we've even added an Anderson skylight.

The bonus room offers two twin beds, washer & dryer, a utility sink, and an additional 1/2 bath.

Outside, you'll find a large covered porch that includes a sparkling clean therapeutic hot tub.

*Our home IS dog friendly. Well behaved dogs are allowed. $75 per stay. 1 dog maximum

*No smoking inside house. Smoking outside is permitted. Please be courteous and don't leave cigarette butts on the property.

*Our indoor fireplace is propane and is shut off in the summer months. We have an outdoor firepit available year round with $5 bundles conveniently located in our garage
