'Amazing comfortable room with a view. We were lucky to get a room with a balcony. Check in a breeze and allowed us in our room early. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back as loved our experience here. Only let down was a lack luster breakfast but as we were not there at a very busy time of year it might have contributed. But overall an excellent experience and one of the best on our travels so far. Thank you. '

'Hotel is very close to the Petra Visitor Center and so a very ideal base for sightseeing in Petra.
Room rate came with free minibar (soft drinks and mineral water) and complimentary box of Arabic biscuits. Room has capdule coffee machine. The powerful rainfall shower is an added bonus.

'Great service. We forgot our passports in a restaurant and the hotel manager and staff were extremely helpful in contacting the restaurant for us. we were able to get them back by 7:30am even though the restaurant doesn't open until 10am.
They were also very pleasant and not pushing for 5-star reviews like most other hotels and tours we took. Seemed very genuine and were interested in us having a good time.
