'This listing is a scam. I was told by the company that manages Lazer house that they do not advertise on Expedia and that I would need to work with Expedia to get my money back. It has been almost a month and Expedia still has not refunded my money.'
'The only positive things I can say about this apartment hotel is that it was immaculately clean and rooms were spacious. But overall very disappointed with the hotel and the service. Emailed 2 weeks prior to arrival that we would need late check in, the hotel agreed but when we arrived the host/management seemed very annoyed and was rude.
The apartment was nothing like it was listed, there were no kitchenettes in the apartment, not even a kettle or a sink. We were required to use the communal...
'Het hotel ligt op een heuvel waardoor het laatste stukje te voet moet worden gegaan wat niet voor iedereen prettig is. Hiervoor krijg je een prachtig uitzicht terug.
Het personeel is uitermate hulp bereid en heeft het verblijf zeer aangenaam gemaakt.

'Hébergement bien placé dans la ville, facilité d'accès à la vielle ville d'ulcinj, seul bémol l'accès à la villa, qui nécessite une bonne conduite et une bonne voiture ( pente très raide) parking dans la cours très limité.
Point positif, l'hébergement propre, refait a neuf, propriétaire très agréable et accueillant, nous dirige vers de bonnes adresses pour les restos, plages etc.
Petit dejeuner complet, avec des produits frais et faits maison.'
