I hate leaving a review like this but, it’s absolutely necessary. Keep in mind, I have stayed at this property many times over a five year period. I was very disturbed upon our arrival 1/1/24. When we arrived to the property, we rang a bell for the attendant to check us into our rooms which isn’t so unusual but, we never seen him again. No attendant or security staff ever seen again at the front desk or elsewhere on the property. The doors to the front office and hotel were left completely unlocked, unattended and unsecured the entire time. Even the door lock mechanisms were missing for anyone to walk in and do a “stick up” to rob guests, room to room. It was like a ghost town hotel, nothing was operable. The coke and ice machines were all rusted out, didn’t work. We had to search for someone to get ice and when the guy got us ice from the office supply room, we watched him get our ice with his bare hands. Sorry but, I have no clue where his hands have been. The room itself was ok but in cleanliness, it wasn’t a fail, hadn’t been cleaned and disinfected. There was dust all over including in the ice bucket, dirt accumulation on the light switches that I had to wipe down with a Lysol wipe, there was pubic hairs in our shower and drops of blood on the floor. You can tell the shower curtain hadn't seen Clorox ever in its existence. It was a very uneasy stay and so sad. This hotel use to be filled with guests, attendants, maintenance and cleaning personal on the property.

The breakfast options aren’t what they used to be and I asked about it and basically said there is no longer a meat option, like sausage, bacon, ham, etc. just eggs, biscuit, and gravy

Don’t waste your money
Check in was okay. There was no fridge in the room and when I asked about it, she acted like she didn’t know but followed me in to check. Like I was lying. She went back to the front desk and we left to run to the store. When we got back I had to ask again and she said they could move us to a different room. I passed. Later that night as we were trying to sleep there was people right outside our door being loud and obnoxious. I opened the door and told them people are trying to sleep. I went back to bed and they got loud again. My room was very close to the front desk and nothing was done. The room was not clean either. Luckily we only stayed 1 night. Won’t be back.

Stay away! Bed bugs!
Do not stay here! Got a room where the bed had bed bugs. Got up around midnight itching and had boils on my arms and saw bed bugs retrieving to the side of the bed when i turned on the lights. Complained to the front desk around midnight because i woke up , guy did not know what to do. Ask if i can just get another room because was too late to look for another hotel. When we got to another room we heard noise from the old room as someone cleaning and moving stuff around.The next morning I asked for just a partial refund back. They declined and said they will just give me a discount next time. I was told i would need to show proof next time. I have bite marks all over my arms and pictures of the bugs is that proof enough?! When driving out noticed a bunch of mattresses out in the dumpster. Out of money for such an experience. Never again.

The toilet didn't flush easily. I had to hold the handle for about 20-30 seconds until it flushed fully. The room was an accessible room, so I could see where this would be a problem. The room looked tidy but the bathroom was questionable. The bottom of the shower I didn't trust to walk into with my bare feet. The towels were worn out. The towel I had was ripped. Also, I was working at the desk and I looked down to a roach coming my way. I killed it and flushed it. I feel the hotel is overpriced. I have stayed in better quality hotels for cheaper. Suggestions I have are to replenish with new towels, spray the hotel regularly, and update the showers for easier cleaning. Thank you.

Sheets have stains. Trash and debris on the floors. The is a stain on the sheets. We are not sure if the cleaned the room. This is a very low end hotel, but that is no excuse for not cleaning the rooms. There is no elevator to the second floor. Not good for those of us who have difficulty climbing stairs.

The bathroom was not clean, the bed was not comfortable there was barely any hot water and the outside lights right outside the window were on all night and made it seem like daylight in the room.

Overpriced for what you got.
The people were friendly and helpful. The room was large and had a flat screen TV. The mattress on the bed was reasonable. Free WIFI. Free parking. Mini fridge. There was a breakfast and vending machines. The breakfast was very heavy on carbs -- cereal, bread, muffins, waffles, and biscuitts. There were eggs, but they were cold. NO butter or margarine, no fruit or yogurt. There was juice. No fitness center or pool. No elevator. There was a phone in the room, but it was not connected to the front desk or any outside line.
