'We had an issue with our room but it was sorted in minutes by a lovely workman , spoke to the owner and he was really lovely and helpful , the workman even offered to help my disabled husband up the stairs . We really enjoyed our stay and planning to come back again !!!'

'The Staff are wonderful. Our room was very nice. The only item we find difficult is the cost of breakfast (£18 each) but there are choices outside of the Hotel. Apart from that we always choose the Hotel and will continue to do so - in 4 weeks we'll be back.'

We rolled in late morning, snagged an on-street space outside and never moved the car again. The Wi-Fi was usable but a bit flaky, dropping in and out, so fine for quick checks but not much more....

This felt like a waste and bad for the environment as well as heating the room up when it wasn't needed. Also the shower temperature could not be changed, so it was cold for ages then very hot, with no ability to do anything about this!'

'Have to say apart from a few things maintenance wise that need addressing, the flat was lovely.
I reported the shower was not working on Monday, and was asked permission if the maintenance man could go in to the flat to sort it out, on our return we had a brand new shower fitted,
