Located in the Castle Harbour complex in Los Cristianos. The complex features: a 24-hour front desk, a heated pool with a bar and restaurant, a tennis court, and free parking. The apartment features a living room on the lower level with a sleeper sofa for two people, a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV, and free Wi-Fi, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, and a small terrace with a sea view, complete with a table and chairs. On the upper level, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a built-in closet, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is on the 9th floor of the building; the elevator goes up to the 8th floor, and from there, a flight of stairs leads to the 9th floor. This apartment is not suitable for people with limited mobility. Use of the pool is free, but you must rent a lounge chair at the front desk (two euros per day), with weekly and monthly discounts available. The front desk has vending machines for drinks and snacks.
The owners also own Casa Giorì Las Americas, located in the heart of Playa de Las Americas.
The center of Los Cristianos is a 13-minute walk away. Nearby are the “La Pepa” shopping center, restaurants, supermarkets, pubs, and bars. There is a bus stop right in front of the complex.
