Mobility statement - The front of the villa is on a steep incline. To access the villa there is a path which is 96cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 96cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 130cm wide. There is 1 step down from the patio doors to the terrace. There is 1 small step up to the sun loungers. The utility and bar area is located on the first floor terrace so requires step access. The ground floor bedrooms have a door width of 75cm, whilst the bathroom door is 66cm wide. The door into the kitchen/lounge is 80cm wide.
