Mooie rustige bungalow / villa recht tegenover het zwembad, met de hele dag zon Balustrades, fruitbomen, houten boog vol met passievruchten Gazebo 4m x 3m (schaduwrijke ontspanningsruimte aan de achterkant van de bungalow om spelletjes te spelen of uw vroege ochtend ontbijt of avond te hebben maaltijd met een ontspannend glas wijn, nieuw grd-meubilair op de markt ligstoelen in wrap around terras op 190m2 perceel meestal nieuw binnenmeubilair naar hoge standaard, lederen L-vormige slaapbank geschikt voor 2 + 2 x "z" bedden dus geschikt voor maximaal 10 personen , Italiaanse houten in-gedekte tafel + 6 bewerkte stoelen 60 "Flat TV + Android box veel kanalen incl BBC 1 + 2 ITV 1 + 2 + 3 voldoende kastruimte zeezicht vanaf zijkant Ideaal voor kinderen of huisdieren zoals u ze kunt zien op alle tijden wanneer in het zwembad, veel ruimte voor hen om bal te spelen, racket games, achtervolging, fietsen enz. 1 min lopen naar Porta Colon Beach, waar u alle watersporten vindt die voor u beschikbaar zijn en u, ll vind een zeer brede wandeling langs de kustlijn tot aan Los Cristianos weg en langs Fanabe en naar het zeer populaire vissersdorp La Caleta met honderden bars en restaurants om uit te kiezen en vele activiteiten en speelterreinen voor de kinderen 1 min. lopen naar supermarkt, bars, banken, bushaltes etc. 5 min. lopen naar busstation, Agua (water) Pk. Siam Pk met de grootste golfmachine die ik geloof in de wereld en de hoogste kamikaze-shoot als je gek genoeg bent om het te proberen ... !!! . Heeft een opklapbaar bed voor je spullen zoals koffers enz. Twee eenpersoonsbedden en een 2x singles die zijn ontworpen als dat nodig is om een dubbele te maken. Heeft een aparte keuken met vriezer, koelkast, magnetron, sm. oven, kookplaat, waterkoker, broodrooster, potten, pannen, kookgerei enz. strijkijzer, strijkplank, wasmachine etc.

Amazing location and stay

Appartment basically speaks for itself the photos give it no justice as this was a 10/10 experience location was perfect location to get to restaurants bars and beaches but also perfect if you just want to stay around the pool for the day Everyone is so lovely in the complex i couldnt have been happier choosing this location and would definitely recommend staying here Well defo be back again

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt schön und die Entfernung zum Meer war für unsere kleinen Enkel kurz genug. Allerdings waren die Einrichtungen innerhalb des Bungalows mehr als dürftig. Alle Küchenutensilien waren zusammengesuchte Teller, Tassen, Gläser, Töpfe usw. Keine Weingläser, Biergläser. Die Handtücher waren reichlich, etwa 15 Handtücher in 15 unterschiedlichen Größen, Qualitäten und Aussehen. Das schlimmste waren die Matratzen. Sehr durchgelegen und Das Bettzeug war .... Daher ist es nicht unbedingt eine Empfehlung für nicht abgehärtete Gäste. Abgesehen von den 15 Kakerlaken, die wir in 7 Tagen erwischt haben, war das Wetter und der Pool sehr schön.

C'est du jamais vu! On a réservé le séjour en Tenerife sur le site Abritel un mois a l'avance, on a payé en totalité tout de suite, sans la possibilité d'annuler, et quand on arrive sur place, la gestionnaire nous dit ( étonné elle aussi) que l'appartement avait été loué un jour avant qu'on arrive a une autre famille. On a contacté la propriétaire qui nous expliqué que l'appartement était pas disponible la date de ma réservation, et qu'elle ne comprend pas comment le site me le donnais disponible. Donc jeudi a 16h30 je devrais trouver en urgence un autre logement pour nous et les enfants. Terrible expérience, je ne la souhaite a personne. Donc nous ne recommandons pas le site Abritel. Merci.

Perfectly located but the property needs an uplift

It was a lovely bungalow and perfectly situated. The pool is right outside the balcony so it’s great for the kids who need supervision. It really needs an uplift thought. All of the mattresses weren’t comfortable, all bedding was mismatched/ old. Don’t get me wrong there was plenty of it, towels included, but it’s old. The pots, pans, plates and cups were the same

Sunny Halloween break @ Costa Adeje

Great property, fantastic location and good amenities with friendly support as needed. We were greated (and directed) by Klea who showed us where to park and gave us a run down on how things worked. The property description probably doesn’t do it justice. It’s super handy to a range of bars, restaurants and shops. While very close to bars there is no late night noise. Would give this place a solid 5 star. Oh by the way car absolutely not required!!

Vacaciones en familia

El alojamiento está muy bien por la ubicación y la tranquilidad del bungalow. La piscina está cuidada y limpia. Cómo mejora es mejorar los cubiertos y vasos teniendo más cantidad. La anfitriona es muy amable y aunque no sepa español nos hemos entendido perfectamente.

Lovely Bungalow, close to amenities

We were very pleased with the bungalow. Very cleary and nicely decorated and the wrap around terrace is huge. The bungalow overlooks the pool which was great to sit and watch the kids play. Jane was the perfect host, so helpful and attentive and just a lovely lady. And the cleaner Klea was lovely and super helpful with great communication too. We will hopefully be back soon

Needs new photos

I booked the property because of the photos and location. The location is fantastic, the property photos are not correct It said sleep 11 yet there was 7 of us and that was a squeeze. Some of the furniture showed in photos is not even there The bbq was wrapped in tin foil. Good points were the main shower in larger bathroom and location to pool. The amenities there are not free, internet has to be paid for, travel cot for a baby has to be paid for. Please communicate with host before booking, she’s a lovely lady.

Good stay

My family and I (4 adults and 2 children) had a good vacation in Carolyn’s house. The house is compact, very well located and easy to get around with supermarkets, beach and restaurants nearby. Carolyn is a very attentive host and ensures that everything is in order. On one of the days we also went to a trek in the Teide where Carolyn spent the whole day with us. Also good value for money.

A lovely bungalow right in the heart of things

This was a great place to stay as the central location was amazing. No car needed. Supermarkets, shops and some amazing restaurants were located just outside the gate of the complex. The complex had a lovely feel to it with some apartments being permanent residents to Spanish families and others owned by holiday makers. This bungalow was the largest on the complex which suited us (3 generations of 4 adults, one teenager and a 10 yr old). The best part about this holiday home is definitely the outdoor space and pool area. The pool was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. There are plenty of sun beds, at least 10, maybe more. There never seemed to be much of a breeze here as it is surrounded by charming white washed apartments and bungalows- perfect for a sun- worshiper like me! The pool was quite cold but refreshing when the temperature got too hot. There was very rarely anyone else sat around the pool so it did feel like a private pool, just for us, most of the time. There were inflatables (a giant flamingo to the delight of my daughter) and balls in the bungalow, so no need to go buying. It was surprisingly quiet and relaxing considering the hustle and bustle outside of the complex. The inside of the bungalow is basic but comfortable, but as most of our time was spent outside, this was fine by us. The owner, Jayne, is a very nice lady and very helpful too. When we had a slight issue with getting the gas burner to light after changing gas bottle, she was there in no time to help us. As no one was booked in the day we left, Jayne Kindly let us stay a bit later. Only a 5- 10 minute walk will take you to the promenade, which is bustling with holiday makers, lots of shops and restaurants. It's totally perfect for pushchairs, mobility scooters, children's scooters etc and goes on for miles! We had a lovely week of sunshine in this bungalow, which was great value for money. Nice apartment and good location

Nice small bungalow with two outside areas. One side is on front of the pool area and perfect sun barhing during all day until 1730 when the sun is blocked by an hotell complex. 3 small sleeping rooms and one sofa in living room. 2 toilets and shower. Standard is rather low and the place is a little worn down but works ok. Kitchen is very small and worst part was the very poor items in the kitchen. Extremely poor cooking items, all worn down completely. Owner must replace all to new items to allow for resonable cooking capabilities. If this is done it will be a nice stay in good location. Pool area is very nice for children.
