We are a company with years of experience dedicated to vacation rentals in Tenerife South (Canary Islands). We offer a complete experience of your visit to Tenerife. Both in the accommodation and in different activities for all tastes and ages (not included in the price).

The accommodation can be reached by car, taxi or bus. Our company also offers a transfer service from the airport to the apartment. The service is paid and they have to notify at least two days in advance to contract it.

Someone from the staff will wait for you at the entrance of the apartment at the agreed time on the day of your arrival. He will show it to you and give you the keys. Check-in hours start at 3:00 p.m. and end at 10:00 p.m. If any guest wants to check-in after this time, they will have to pay €25 in cash before entering the apartment.

Accommodation:

Fantastic two-level duplex consisting of three furnished bedrooms on the upper floor, two doubles with a double bed and a single bedroom, two full bathrooms with showers and a terrace with incredible views of the ocean. On the ground floor there is a large fully equipped open kitchen and a nice large living room with a sofa bed and TV. From the living room you can access a bright furnished terrace and barbecue area, where you can enjoy moments of relaxation and share with friends or family.

The apartment has FREE WIFI, satellite TV and a washing machine. It does not have parking and is not enabled for people with reduced mobility.

The complex has several community pools. The loungers cannot be reserved, they are for community use.

Neighborhood:

It is located in the heart of the Costa de Adeje within the well-known complex of Mareverde. Close to the Fañabé and El Duque beaches.

Wonderful apartment in the residential area of Mareverde, in high demand due to its innumerable waterfall pools and its location. Close to all the necessary services. Shops, bars, restaurants and pubs and about 5 minutes walk from the beach and the Maritime Port.
