We are a company with years of experience dedicated to vacation rentals in Tenerife South (Canary Islands). We offer a complete experience of your visit to Tenerife. Both in accommodation and in different activities for all tastes and ages (not included in the price).

The accommodation can be reached by car, taxi or bus. Our company also offers a transfer service from the airport to the apartment. The service is paid and you must notify at least two days in advance to contract it.

Accommodation:

Charming newly renovated apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms 100 meters from the beach. The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed. It has two full bathrooms with a shower, one of them inside the room.

It also has an open-plan room with an equipped kitchen (dishes, kitchen utensils, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave, etc.), a dining area for six people and a living room with a sofa bed (it is designed for two children or one adult). It has a washing machine, SMART TV and FREE WIFI for the exclusive use of guests.

The housing complex does not have parking. It has an elevator. The views of the apartment are to an interior patio. There is no terrace or balcony.Neighborhood:

The accommodation is located in a central area in the heart of the Costa de Adeje (Playa de las Américas). Close to shops, bars, restaurants and pubs (also nightlife) where you can spend a lovely evening. 5 minutes from the bus station and 10 minutes walk from Siam Park. Guests should take into account when booking that due to the location of the accommodation (very central) there may be noise, both at night (from the pubs) and during the day from the shops.

The accommodation environment is adapted and designed for teleworking.
