Welcome to LA Surf Villa 2, with exclusive panoramic sea views of the local surf breaks of Las Americas and situated central next to Siam Park (water park) and Siam Mall which has bars, restaurants and shops.



- The beaches and nightclubs are only a 10 minute walk or a few minutes taxi ride.



- You`ll have a private swimming pool, jacuzzi, pool table, ping pong table, chill zone, BBQ, roof terrace + more.



- Wifi is excellent through out the house with high speeds.



All the rooms are on the ground floor and then the roof terrace is upstairs.



You can park inside the gate if you have a little car but normally it`s just easy to park on the street. Walking and taxi`s are the best way to get around.



We are located in the most expensive area of Tenerife, surrounded by villas and within walking distance to bars, restaurants, beach`s, clubs, water parks and shopping malls.



You can walk to most places from the villa or you can call a taxi and it will pick you up at the door, there is street parking or private villa parking if your car is small.



All the bathrooms and bedrooms are located on ground floor so it`s great if you don`t want to deal with stairs.
