'The location of the River Inn is excellent. It is in a nice neighborhood, with like a 20-30 mins walk to the DC Mall. There are multiple restaurants and super markets relatively close. The hotel itself also contains an Italian restaurant that was fine, the breakfast is also there. The staff of the hotel is helpful and the rooms are clean and big. The room contains a lot of extra facilities such as cooking facilities. We had a great stay. '

'We arrived in town a day early and stopped by to verify/upgrade our room for the next day. The young lady at the front desk was terrific. She found our reservation and we discussed the view and since it was not what we wanted she moved us to an appropriate room. She was great. We arrive the next day to check in and during the check-in process I asked about our room to verify it was the one we got moved to and the same young lady said oh no it appears to not be the room that we moved you to...

'The location was wonderful and very convenient to the metro and all the places we wished to visit. We will definitely stay here on subsequent visits to DC. The kitchen was well kitted out with everything we needed, dishes, utensils, large full size fridge, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, stove top , dishwasher and small washer/dryer, which was everything we could wish for and made it so convenient for our stay.
