'We always stay in Hampton Inns to get consistent mid-grade quality. But here? The carpeting in the room was so dirty, our feet were black & we had to wipe them on a towel before getting in bed. The TV glitched constantly. There were no phones in the room so you had to get dressed & take the elevator down to the front desk to ask about something. Finally, the room thermostat was glitchy. One time the heat button got stuck. Another time, it wouldn’t switch to cooling mode. And the breakfast? ...

'Everything was good'

'All expectations were met. Clean room. What's not on the listing is the room came equipped with dumb bells, yoga equipment and coffee. Nice added features. It was a short walk from the SPLASH CLUB which is a +plus!!! Really nice exclusive units make it feel VIP. Not like one of those high rise buildings where your car is lost in the parking garage. Definitely a wonderful experience'

'Liked. Nothing about the property'

'The room was clean and comfortable. However, the tub was extremely slippery, and we almost fell when we got into the shower once the tub was wet. There was no lotion for hands or USB ports to charge phones. As for the breakfast, the powdered eggs and vegan sausage went straight to the trash can. I don't know if they were real eggs and pork sausage, but they had no taste, the sausage was so greasy you could squeeze grease out of it. We went to Waffle House to eat.'

'The staff were all amazing and breakfast was grat. That is the only reason we are giving any stars. My wife found a loaded handgun in the accent chair. Me had our children with us and are thankful she found it and not our children. The room had the smell of mold and it also had roaches'

'Great stay'
