Inside the largest naturist village in Europe, 100 meters from the beach, restaurants, shops, bars and nightclubs. The studio is on the 1st floor of Héliopolis K on the interior side facing south on the gardens and the sea. A 9m² terrace, where you can receive your friends.
It is equipped with a sofa with storage box and a top-of-the-range 160x200 wardrobe bed with a dynamic welcome.
Ideal even in the off-season you have a real table to take your meals, plenty of storage.
In the kitchen, everything you need to make your life easier, combi microwave oven, fridge-freezer, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
The bathroom with shower, separate WC with washing machine.

The apartment is located in the Naturist area of Cap d'Agde.
To be able to enter this naturist village you must first register at the reception of the naturist village.
This is a tax levied by the city of Agde.
It cannot be included in the rental price since it is the municipality that benefits from it.
