Just a 5-minute walk from the beach, this bright contemporary villa welcomes families and friends for relaxed seaside stays, between beach days, outdoor meals, pétanque games, table football fun and long summer evenings by the pool.

Located in a very quiet area of Grau d’Agde, the villa offers a peaceful atmosphere, refined decoration and a warm, easy-living spirit. It is a place where you can slow down, enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle and create beautiful memories together.

The villa features 3 bedrooms: a beautiful ground-floor master bedroom in a step-free living area, except for the pool access, and upstairs 2 additional bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a games area with table football and a small terrace. The spacious open-plan living room and kitchen are perfect for gathering, while outside you will enjoy a private non-heated pool, pétanque court, BBQ and garage.

With Mademoiselle Conciergerie, enjoy a personal welcome, responsive assistance, tailored local recommendations and, on request, services to elevate your stay: private chef, in-villa massages, babysitting, grocery delivery before arrival, housekeeping during your stay, curated activities and event planning.

Please note: the property is not officially accessible for people with reduced mobility. The pool is generally open from April to early October; please contact us for exact dates.

Security deposit of €1,000 by credit card pre-authorisation only, taken upon arrival. Please ensure a sufficient card limit. A noise monitor is present in the living areas to prevent parties and noise disturbances. The noise monitor is not located in any bedroom, bathroom or sleeping area.
