Rooms are basic but comfortable - which is reflected in the star rating/room rate, they are spotlessly cleaned everyday and have everything you need including air conditioning (included in the price).

'Loved the hotel, reception staff where 1st class and the selections at breakfast was fantastic, the staff in the breakfast room were very regimental and hardly smiled .
The bedrooms are in need of referbishment and mattresses need replacing.

'Astir was literally across the street from the ocean. I did not have a full ocean view from my room, but I could see it from my balcony on the side of the building. It was a single room, so the bathroom was small, but the bed was comfortable. It was a lovely room for the price. The staff were very nice and friendly. There was a bar open in the afternoon/evening with a wonderful view of the ocean. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I would stay here again. '

Het ontbijt is erg standaard. Communicatie met de eigenaar is minder want ze spreekt geen Engels. We miste het warme welkomsgevoel zo nu en dan wat je bij veel andere verblijven wel hebt. Medewerkers die niet enthiausast groeten. Je komt aan bij het ontbijt en ze zitten op hun mobiel etc.'
