The Olive Tree Villa is a brand new, minimalistic villa built in 2022.This luxurious residence is situated on a privileged spot, just outside of Elounda with sea views to Elounda Gulf.

It can accommodate up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms and offers a range of facilities, modern appliances and stylish interior areas to ensure a comfortable stay. The villa has a large outdoor area, with a well kept lawn garden, swimming pool, BBQ area for its guests.

The interior area of the villa is 140sqm interior area and is built on two levels. The ground floor consists of an open plan area with large openings, facing east can allow the sun in the house , overlooking the pool and garden and offer stunning views to the gulf of Elounda. The living room has a fireplace, a sitting area with comfortable sofa and a smart TV. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with a range of modern appliances where you can prepare breakfast or dinner for your loved ones. On this level there are is double sofa bed for the additional 2 guests staying at the property as well a bathroom with toilet.

On the upper floor there are two master en suite bedrooms. Each one has a queen size bed, and its own bathroom. These rooms have access to a patio with sitting area and amazing views to the sea. Both rooms offer TVs and air conditioning.

The 20sqm private pool welcomes you to cool down during a hot summer day, while on the modern and comfy sun loungers you can work on your tan! And if this is not enough to make you relax, you may also spend some time in the outdoor fire pit BBQ that will definitely help you unwind from the stress and feel revived!
