Forest View House in south Rethymno!

A few kilometres away from the most famous areas and beaches at the south side of Rethymno,in a spectacular and natural enviroment,Forest View House welcomes you!The location is ideal for relaxation and recreation. It combines mountain,forest and beaches all in a matter of minutes!There are options for activities in the nearby villages(hiking,scuba-diving,horse riding).At the same time the local taverns invite you to taste the local traditional dishes.The house is ideal for couples and families!
A unique traditional house,with short strokes of modern comforts. It combining the traditonal stone element with a modern view.The house consists of two bedrooms,two bathrooms, one livingroom - kitchen and one independent room where you can find a hydromassage- jacuzzi.Note:The bedrooms are not next to each other,they have saperate doors. The first bedroom is on the upper level of the house and the second on the lower.(check the photos please.)Air- condition is also available in whole house.There is a fully equiped kitchen,where you can make your breakfast,dinner and your coffee.Also, there is a 100 sq.m. garden-yard with forest view, where you can relax.The unique forest view invites you to enjoy your meal, your breakfast or your wine in a quiet place. Furthermore, you can play with your childrens.A big part of the yard has plastic grass-carpet, barbeque grill with gas,comfortable chairs and furnitures.The outside yard is private and procteted with a wooden fence and beautiful trees and flowers! Note:There is a wooden inside stair with ten steps (leading you to one of the bedroom) and another outdoor stairs(also with ten steps) for your private entrance in the house.For your children the house is safe,however,whatever happens is your responsibility. So please, be careful and have them under your supervision.There is baby bed and baby seat for food(inform us to place them). Finally, at the front of the building there is free parking for more than one car.

Suggestions
-Plakias village is 10 minutes with car from the house and it's the most famous place around area. At Plakias there are banks, medical centers, pharmacies, supermarkets, cafes, clubs.Restaurants and shops offers a variety of Cretan traditional products.
-Myrthios village is a panoramic village - area just 6 minutes from Kanevos with many taverns, mini markets,shops and beautiful view.
-Spili village is very picturesque and unique place to visit ,15 minutes away from house.There you can find great food or drink your coffe at the central square with the springs view in the top ofthe mountain.
-Also there are some others famous villages around(Agia Galini,Sellia,Rodakino,Sfakia)
-One of the main advantages of the house is the easy access to some of the most famous beaches and taverns at south Rethymno in approximately 15 minutes .More specific, Plakias,Schinaria, Preveli, Damnoni, Korakas,Kalypso,Ammoudaki,Peristeres and Souda beach and many more nearby.Some of the famous taverns-restaurants are Mariou,Plateia,Damnoni,Dionysos,Illiomanolis,Kri Kri,Sirocco.
-The capital,city of Rethimno,is about 20 minutes from the house!
Naturally, all the above places have a variety of restaurants with great food and lots of activities(scuba-diving,horse riding etc.). For lovers of nature, can easily visit the unique beautiful canyons of the region, such as Kotsifou and Kourtaliotis . Furthermore you can walk around the village of Kanevos,in which mountains and a unique forest, are providing great hiking experiences.

GENERAL INFORMATIONS:
-If you stay for more than 4 days you will have extra towels,sheets and lines
-The house is cleaned by a professional cleaning company before your arrival.
-During your stay,cleaning is your responsibility (You will find the basics tools) and we would appreciate if you keep it clean.Thank you!
-The house is very comfortable for four and five persons.Also there is a baby bed and baby seat(inform us to set them)!
-The bedrooms are not next to each other,they have saperate doors.The first bedroom is on the upper level of the house and the second on the lower.(check the photos please.)
-All places are private.
NOTE:At check-in, we will meet you outside of village Kanevos(there is a big tavern in the entrance of village with name 'iliomanolis').The house from there,is 2 minutes with foots.Before your arrival in Crete, please contact us about the approximately time, you will be here.Also,you have an option to do self-check in!One day before your arrival,we will send you the exact directions/informations to get in with a locker box(CODE).It is very easy to find it.We will be also reachable on cell phone(sms,what's up,viber) and e-mails 24/7!
