'I loved it. Stayed 1 month. Perfect location. Calm, nice neighborhood but still close to the city center.20 min walk to the beach. 2 minutes to a supermarket. Cleaning and space was suberb. Big rooms. Nice kitchen . Would definitly book again. '

'I stayed whilst on holiday to Cyprus I really liked how close it was to the bus stop which will get you to Nicosia, ayia Napa and limasoll I found it very easy to find if you are coming from the airport bus 425 drops you off at st Helena church go through the churches gate you will find a lift on the concourse take it to the third floor collect your keys there is also a good discount supermarket across the road I definitely would stay here again '

'Apartment big but lacked basic facilities eg. Towel rail bathroom shelf covered clothes storage etc. Host was excellent when electricity failed but 3 different rooms in 3 days not ideal. Tiny bit more effort could be excellent ...plenty of space but lack of facilities'

'If you're looking for "Urban Comfort Apartments", it's actually "Eviathe Apartments" which is above the entrance to the property. We thought we were at the wrong place! Gaining entry was really easy with the key safe. The property is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was just what we needed for a 13 night stay in Larnaca. "The room we were in was terrible. The bed was broken, do sleeping was a challenge. The curtains were to short so a lot of light in the room at first light. No safe and the notice from outside was very loud (no windows with noice reduction). Warm water in the shower took at least 3’ to kick in. Breakfast options were decent. No dinner facility available.
