we had booking in the above said hotel from 29th Sep to 01Oct 2 nights 3 days. During our stay following services were pathetic
1. I reached early 03:30 am before check in time 11:00am we were told to stay in reception the welcome was warm and they suggested to take a trip to Taj Mahal early morning 05:30 visit is good and we said ok they themselves arranged drop at Taj I asked them how much they are going to charge they said no worries and on last day they charged 300 Rs for 2 km drop, they are making people to fall in trap. Be aware.
2. In my mail from hotels.com I was said I would be provided free wifi, four person bed in one king room 41 Sqmtrs, Aircoditioned, satellite channels, bathrobes and slippers but I stayed two nights with insects inside the AC room, it was only about 225 square feet room, no bathrobes slippers infact no hot water all through my stay complaint was registered very first day they sent one man who comes and had a look for our sympathy but no problem was solved, common word we hear is 'ho jayega sir' very politely though you get irritated but they don't; no tv was working forget about satellite channels and reply is same 'ho jayega sir'. Wifi was available only at reception but not in rooms so if you want to access net come to lobby with your shorts/pyjama to the reception, how pitiable. Complementary breakfast you can have only one dish either puri Bhajji or parata or bread sandwich out of three only one and enjoy your breakfast and they rate themselves star category- funny.
The staff and services are good but management always aims at your wallet to squeeze you, agree tourists are looked upon same way but they are five times more than others.
Be careful before you ask them anything like hiring vehicles be prompt about their charges as they are going to hit with hidden charges and claim themselves star category to justify their claim, which was not true.
Apart from this food in the restaurant is good though expensive, room services are excellent the staff and their behaviour is very good.
