'There are not world class brand hotels in the island and you should lower your expectations and be reasonable to judge everything in an island which is in the middle of nowhere.
The ladies who manage the hotel are nice and caring , they picked us up at the airport with a nice necklace of flowers, on time , check in was fast . The breakfast is relatively good and the location is good if you rent a car . If not the owners are always available and ready to help . Overall I recommend this...

'The breakfast here every morning was absolutely delicious!!! I seriously loved their breakfast. The room came with round trip transportation to and from the hotel to the airport. When I arrived at the airport, hotel staff were waiting for me which was a huge relief bc multiple attempts were made to reach this hotel about the pickup from the airport- I tried messaging through Expedia and sending emails and they never responded to either. I had Expedia staff call the hotel and they never answered....
'Inaki Uhi has a great location "downtown" Hanga Roa. There are a couple of supermarkets close to the hotel and a bakery next door (empañadas!) and some good restaurants across the road. Its a small walk to the "harbor" (mainly a few small boats for fishing and scubadiving). Alvaro, the host, knows a lot about the island so try taking a tour with him! The wifi works but isn't really fast.'

'The staff at the hotel were courteous and efficient. FREE Breakfast on time and excellent. We felt like family almost immediately. Friendly and egar to help. Rooms were clean the grounds well cared for. The location is perfect. Beds comfortable and good hot showers. 'There is only 1 sign to the hotel down a dirt track so difficult to find.no reception, so noone to talk to, had to send a message via Expedia about check out, but it wasn't answered. Breakfast was poor sadly same everyday , it is described as a hotel but not sure it should be. The shower was cold when it worked. So sadly not the best reveiw and I am sorry 😞'
'I booked a room Ensuite. But I got a room and a shared bathroom! You have to bring your own towel and they don’t tell you that beforehand. The worst stay ever! No TV in the room, all you get is a fridge. Nobody at the front desk. Room wasn’t ready and the front desk person was picking somebody up at the airport at 1pm which was check-in time!'
