'The room was nice and spacious'

'The only that I liked about the hotel was that the bed was comfortable. The rooms had that damp moldy smell to them. The pictures were misleading from the website. They need to update the rooms. The bathroom had dirty tile and there was someone’s fingernail still in the floor. I won’t stay here again and I will not recommend this hotel to any friends. The staff were great and friendly tho.'

'I have spend two night at this hotel. Service was good, friendly personnel. The hotel is quite old and can use some renovation. Beds are OK but the bathroom is old. Heating system makes a lot of noise and you can't turn it off. Fitness center has old equipment and it was damaged. The steakhouse is great and cozy. Good food for a good price. Breakfast is also great. Overall a good stay, probably one of the better hotels close to DSM airport. Very close to the interstate!'

'Staff was lovely, we got the best room with the best balcony overlooking the pool area... it was the most private. Loved that! My only issue was that the coffee maker in the room did not work. I tried many times.'

'My room had bed bugs. Needless to say, I didn't stay. They only refunded 4 of 5 nights. I'm still waiting for the refund of the 5th night. You can't expect me to stay in a place with need bugs! Oh, and there was also hair on the bed and the bathroom floor. I had to get a different hotel at 11p.m. and walked there - dead-tired and with luggage in tow. So I paid for two places for the first night.'

'The property location is good. The property is very well decorated. Breakfast was very good with many choices. The bar was closed so no comment on that.'

'As soon as I walked into the hotel, I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Gina was by far the sweetest young lady. She explained everything to me and showed me where the elevators were at as well as making sure I was comfortable. The room was all that and more! The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! I would definitely be back here when I visit my best friend again! 10 Stars if I could rate it that high!'
