Mooi huis met terras in het stadscentrum met privéparkeergelegenheid

Het is een charmant onafhankelijk herenhuis op 2 niveaus, op 200 meter van het stadscentrum, de beroemde Cours Mirabeau.
U kunt gratis parkeren om door de straten te wandelen en door de prachtige pleinen van de stad te slenteren. Restaurants, bars, musea, markten zijn te voet of per 'diabline' (kleine collectieve elektrische auto).
Het huis is volledig uitgerust voor 4 personen met 2 onafhankelijke slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en 3 toiletten, een volledig uitgeruste keuken en een grote woonkamer met balkon (niet te vergeten een airconditioning voor elk niveau en een internet- en telefoonverbinding), tentoonstelling naar het westen
Alle apparatuur is nieuw. U kunt een drankje drinken op het kleine terras van de grote slaapkamer of op een van de mooie pleinen van de stad zitten.
Vlakbij is een buslijn die u naar de voet van prachtige wandelingen in de site van Cézanne brengt.
De markten - groenten en fruit, antiek, tweedehands kleding - liggen op 200 meter afstand, evenals het theater Jeu de Paume. Iets verder, het GTP of Grand Théâtre de Provence, de wijk Mazarin en het voetgangersgebied van de oude Aix.
Op Cours Mirabeau, veel terrassen, evenals een groot gebied met voedsel.

Dit is een prachtig huis met 3 verdiepingen in het centrum van Aix-en-Provence ...

Op de bovenste verdieping vindt u de hoofdslaapkamer met een bed voor 2 personen en een eigen badkamer (bad, wastafel, toilet). U kunt genieten van wat zon op het terras, ontspannen op een ligstoel.

De 2e verdieping is de woonkamer. De keuken (met een fornuis, een oven, een magnetron, een vaatwasser en een koelkast) is een uitnodiging om heerlijke maaltijden te bereiden en ervan te genieten aan de grote eettafel (4 tot 6 personen) in de woonkamer ernaast. In deze kamer (met nog een terras !!) je neemt de tijd om een beetje muziek te luisteren, op internet te surfen of tv te kijken op de bank. Je hebt ook op deze verdieping een badkamer (toilet en de wasmachine) Die 3 verdiepingen zijn voorzien van AC.

De eerste verdieping heeft nog een slaapkamer (bed voor 2) en een eigen badkamer (een douche, een wastafel en een toilet)

Dit huis ligt in het centrum van Aix-en-Provence. Binnen 5 minuten (op loopafstand) zult u genieten van de boerenmarkt, de musea, de beroemde Cours Mirabeau !! En om een beetje verder te gaan, de 'diabline' (een kleine elektrische auto) brengt je waar je wilt.
Op weg naar de ontdekking van deze prachtige stad, zult u genieten van heerlijke restaurants ...
Terwijl je hier bent, kun je zelfs (en het is een must!) bezoek het klooster van Saint-Victoire voor een geweldige herinnering :)

Hébergement charmant et très bien situé

Pied à terre très agréable , confortable , calme , très proche du cours Mirabeau .Une fois la voiture stationnée , ,nous avons pu découvrir Aix à pied , ville charmante et avons apprécié l'ambiance provençale ainsi que sa gastronomie , entre autre . Merci beaucoup à Georges pour son accueil sympathique et sa disponibilité. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre escapade aixoise !

Perfect family stay in Aix-en-Provence

This property had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. It is just a quick five minute walk or so to the Cours Mirabeau. It’s very close to the Tuesday and Thursday markets. The property owner George was really friendly and helpful. He met us when we got there to let us in and show us around the property. Most important to us was the washer and dryer because we packed light. The kitchen is useful too, and everything was very clean. The restaurant next door has very nice lunch offerings. We will definitely be back the next time we come to Aix.

We enjoyed the convenient location of the home to the shopping areas and it also was convenient for trips outside of Aix. We enjoyed evenings on the balcony as the sun was setting. The home was comfortable and cozy and our hostess was delightful and always available to answer any questions we had.

Sonnenterrasse direkt an der Altstadt

Kleines Haus mit einem Schlafzimmer im EG und einem Zweiten im DG. Dazwischen der Wohnbereich mit kleiner Küche und einem schönes Wohnzimmer. Man schaut von der Terrasse auf einen kleinen Platz über den man dann auch direkt in die Altstadt läuft. Super. Sehr nette Vermieter und alles hat bestens geklappt.

Perfect place for four

Aix is one of our favorite cities and we thought we would share it with two old friends. Each of us had our own bedroom with bath on separate floors and shared the light filled dining room/living room. The apartment has its own parking space which is an absolute must in the area. Only a few minutes walk to the center of the old town and the Cours Mirabeau and the lively markets. Communication was excellent with the owner, in this case his daughter, Marie-Amadine who speaks impeccable American English. We were well looked after. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants a home away from home in Provence. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect Place for Provence Exploration

What a lovely way to embrace yourself in the charm of Aix-en-Provence and the Provence region! Why not live like the French for a week or two? My husband and I spent a wonderful two weeks in this VRBO. We enjoyed picking up breakfast at a nearby boulangerie and eating it back at our place with delicious coffee that our host provided. The parking space that comes with this VRBO is perfect with easy access to the circular road that goes around the old town. Provence is truly a gorgeous area to explore. The extra bedroom was perfect for when my sister joined us on our France trip. We highly recommend this place! Georges and his daughter Marie were the perfect hosts. Very helpful!

Fantastic Apartment

We have been travelling for 2 1/2 months in Europe and this apartment was our favourite. Georges was really good at communicating with us right from the time we booked. He came to meet us when we arrived and gave us an introduction to the apartment and the area. He was great! The location is excellent - just down the road from the old town. The parking is literally right outside the front door. The apartment is very modern with all the amenities and the whole place just has a welcoming feel to it. Air con is awesome (we needed it!), The only slight oddity was the showers - the one downstairs is very small/cramped and the one upstairs is over the bath but it's hand held and there is no shower curtain so you actually have to sit in the bath to have a shower. But, honestly - that was a minor - the apartment was fantastic and we would definitely stay there again.

A lovely place to stay

Georges greeted us at the apartment and took time to show us all three levels and help get our bags inside. He was very personable and friendly and helpful with getting us oriented to the area. He speaks some English but prefers to converse in French if that is doable. Happily one of us could do that! There was a bottle of Rosé awaiting us as well as some butter cookies. Georges was responsive to texts during our stay and helped us reserve a taxi to get back to the train station which was about a half hour ride. The apartment was very clean and pretty well stocked. I will say it would be challenging for anyone with mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs. The entrance level had a bedroom and bathroom. The 2nd level was the living area, half bath, laundry, kitchen and dining room table. There was a balcony on this level and also on the top floor bedroom with a lovely view of the area. The area was very safe and was a short 5 minute walk to the center of town. There were wonderful outdoor markets on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s as well as great shopping of all kinds and lots of great restaurants. And it was very easy to connect to other tours and sites from there. If you’re there in lavender season, be sure to see the lavender fields! So overall, a great space and location that I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful spot!

This was an amazing property situated perfectly with access to the city center, parking which was key, and easy access to get out of town when desired. The apartment appears minimalist in the photos but in fact it has everything needed for a stay in Aix. Even a terrace for an apero in the evenings! And there’s a great restaurant just a few steps away from the door. George and his wife were fantastic hosts. We will return here next time we are in Aix!

We had a lovely stay in Aix and this apartment was a highlight. The location was perfect - nicely located away from the hubbub of the center but just a five minute walk away. Central hot spot

Excellent location and outstanding, safe and secure onsite parking in front of the house. Walking to dinner, restaurants, markets and bars within 10 minutes. Georges home was central for our excursions to Cassis, Avignon and other fascinating and interesting drives in our Alfa Romeo Molodia. Highly recommend. Very responsive and congenial host. Great location, comfortable house

I stayed for over 2 weeks while attending a language course. The house is great for one or two, and unlike many older buildings, is very bright, with large windows in both the bedroom and the living room. The house has a bedroom/bathroom on the street level (the least desirable option), a LR, dining area, kitchen and laundry room with both washer and dryer on the 2nd level and a bedroom/bathroom on the top floor. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances, and a good size fridge. There is a large TV and good sound system in the LR. The upstairs bedroom is very large, with tons of closet space, and the bathroom is well equipped and spacious by European standards. I had no problem with hot water or water pressure. The owner, Georges, was a pleasure to deal with. Communication before I arrived was always very prompt, he accommodated my early arrival - I was able to check in around 11AM, and he was in touch within minutes regarding a few issues while I was there. He even drove me to the airport when I left - which was very kind of him. The location is ideal - just up a 2-block slope from the centre of the old town and just off the main ring road on a quiet small square with several restaurants within minutes. Shopping was easy, with so many specialty shops, the big Monoprix and Aix's many markets all less than 10 minutes away. If I was to return, I'd be happy to stay there again.

Perfect location and accommodations

Close to center of old city by foot. Quiet at night. Wonderful bath tub. AC in every room. Everything worked from washer dryer wi fi connection and all appliances. Host, Georges, very pleasant to work with. Note:Two luggage racks would have been appreciated and a chest of drawers. We had to work out of our luggage on the floor. But this is a very sweet flat!

The perfect base for our Provence visit

We really enjoyed being located in the centre of Aix for seven days. The apartment was excellent for those wanting to experience the vibrancy of this city, walking around it with ease. Georges and his daughter were excellent hosts, explaining the apartment amenities and those of the Aix generally. The apartment was very clean and tidy with lots of space to spread out for a long visit and feel at home. The parking outside the apartment was very convenient so we could travel out to other areas of Provence with no difficulty. We highly recommend!

Perfect location, Perfect Host, Perfect Stay

We wish we had booked more time here. The place is large and roomy, clean and exceptionally maintained, and very well furnished with everything we could need. We loved having both a washer and dryer as well as bedrooms on separate levels and having a private parking space/driveway was just so convenient. Although we were in the edge of the Historic City Centre and could easily walk to everything, being able to jump in the car was a pleasant convenience. Our host had everything we needed in the unit and we spent a very comfortable 3 nights but should have spent a week. There was so much more to do in this town then we imagined.

Heavenly Vacation

This townhouse is steps away from food, theater, parks and museums. It's on a hill but for 80 euros a shuttle bus will take you around Aix. The walk is easy and quite enjoyable. The 2 bedroom townhouse equipped with all the amenities one could need is well furnished and impeccably clean! George's, the owner is an absolute joy. He welcomes you and makes you feel like this is your home. I have fallen in love with Aix-en-Provence and would love to return again. If I did, I would definitely stay here.
