Studio in the historic center

Very nice studio of 26m² renovated in June 2020.
The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the historic Genoese city of Ajaccio and access is via a pedestrian street.
It is on the 3rd floor accessible by elevator.
The location is perfect for doing everything on foot and by bus. For people with a car, two parking lots (for a fee) are located less than 200 m away.
Close to the main sites, beaches and lively streets of Ajaccio, you can make the most of your stay.

The studio is composed of a living room with a 140 cm bed, a fully equipped kitchen area (microwave, induction hob, refrigerator) and a dining area.
The bathroom is composed of a shower with glass door, a sink and a toilet.
A washing machine is also available in the bathroom.

The kitchen is new, the studio is completely parquet floored.
We wanted to decorate our apartment in a refined style to make it as warm as possible and ideal for a holiday spirit.
White, wood and linen are the three dominant themes of the apartment.
Particular care is taken with the decoration and equipment.

A ceiling fan is installed in the apartment.

We provide bed linen and towels.
