This charming 60 m² cottage, located on the upper floor and accessible year-round, offers an ideal retreat for 1 or 2 adults. It is accessed via a beautiful stone staircase from the Passage. Inside, Adèle's vibrant personality shines through in the red kitchen and the period screen that add rhythm to the décor. The cottage features an air-conditioned bedroom and offers a privileged view overlooking the park and the Allée des Ormeaux, magical at sunrise or on misty mornings.
Outside, its large private terrace overlooking the inner courtyard offers an ideal elevated setting for enjoying a moment of reading or sharing dinner at sunset.
Practical Information & Stay Details
To ensure you have a peaceful and surprise-free stay, here is a breakdown of the services included in your accommodation and the terms and conditions of our estate.
1. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY
Cottage rental: Accommodation is provided fully equipped according to its maximum capacity. This establishment is reserved exclusively for adults and teenagers aged 16 and over (children and babies under 16 are not permitted).
Internet & Connection: Free and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi in your accommodation.
Linen & Cleaning: Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen provided; welcome slippers (1 pair per person); end-of-stay cleaning included (within the framework of normal and respectful use of the premises).
Welcome maintenance kit: 10 dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponges, multi-purpose cleaner, toilet paper.
Comfort & Amenities: Courtesy tray, access to secure bike storage (free charging), covered parking.
Assistance animals: Free admission upon presentation of an official certificate.
Seasonal specifics:
Summer season (April 1st to September 30th): Electricity fully included. Access to the spa (April 1st to September 30th — 45 minutes/day/cottage) and the heated saltwater pool (open June 1st to September 30th). Bathrobes and towels dedicated to the spa/pool are provided. A complimentary carafe of filtered fresh water is offered upon arrival. One housekeeping visit per week includes linen changes (beds and towels) and bed making.
Winter season (October 1st to March 31st): Electricity is charged according to actual consumption (€0.25/kWh based on meter readings upon arrival and departure). A complimentary bottle of water is provided upon arrival. Housekeeping is provided every 15 days, including fresh linens (beds are made at your expense). The spa and swimming pool are closed during this period.
2. SERVICES NOT INCLUDED & OPTIONS
Tourist tax: To be paid on site according to the current rate (applicable all year round).
Security deposit: €500 for direct bookings and bookings via Expedia (by check or cash upon arrival, returned after departure). No security deposit is collected on site for bookings via Booking.com.
Energy (Low season): Electricity from October 1st to March 31st (€0.25 / kWh based on meter reading on arrival and departure).
Services & Options à la carte:
Optional breakfast (reservation required at least one day in advance and subject to availability).
Beauty treatments, massages and drinks.
Pet supplement (1 dog or cat under 20 kg only, upon prior declaration).
Electric vehicle charging (V2C terminal) & laundry facilities (shared washing machines and dryers available for a fee).
Outside visitors: Your guests are welcome during the day within your cottage only. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight or access the property's facilities (swimming pool, spa). Parties and gatherings are prohibited.
Respect for the accommodation: For everyone's comfort and air quality, the cottage is strictly non-smoking inside (the outdoor areas remain at your disposal). In case of non-compliance (deodorization fee of €250), damage, breakage, lost keys, or shipping costs for forgotten items, deductions from the security deposit or additional charges may be applied.
3. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Arrivals: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (arrival after 8:00 PM by prior agreement).
Departures: from 06:00 to 10:00 (departure before 06:00 with prior agreement).
