'Das Cottage mit dem Private Onsen Bad war einfach traumhaft. Wir hatten auch ein eigenes Wifi und die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr ansprechend.
Das Personal war wirklich ausgesprochen freundlich, serviceorientiert, hilfsbereit und nahbar.
Das hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Resort.'

'We stayed for six nights in a Club Superior Room with our child and were lucky to have a room facing Mount Yotei. The view was absolutely stunning, especially on sunny days.
The staff were friendly and helpful. They even provided ice packs when we needed them after getting sore from skiing, which was a thoughtful touch. The food was fresh, though the selection was a bit limited.

'A bit outside of the center of Grand Hirafu village but easily walkable. You have to go uphill a bit to get to the resort. The property itself is beautiful. Ideal for 6 or 7 guests (3 couples). Full kitchen but without salt/oil/spices so brine no your own if you plan to cook. Tsubara Tsubara right next door if you want amazing Japanese curry. Staff drive us back to the Chitose bus pickup on checkout. Would stay again if traveling with a small group. '
