Step into the heart of the home on the main floor, where a fully equipped kitchen awaits, ready to bring your favorite meals to life. Adjacent, the welcoming living room invites you to relax and unwind. Two peaceful bedrooms on this floor, each featuring a queen bed, provide restful escapes. A full bathroom completes this level for your convenience.

Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms thoughtfully designed for comfort. One features a queen bed, while the other offers two twin beds—perfect for kids or extra guests.

Downstairs, the vibrant game room is ready to entertain! Challenge your friends to nostalgic arcade games or a friendly match on the foosball table. A second bathroom on this level ensures added convenience for everyone.

Step outside to enjoy a serene covered seating area, ideal for quiet mornings with coffee or cozy evenings under the stars. Relax in the hot tub after a day of adventure or fire up the grill for a family barbecue in the fresh air.

• Extra Guest Policy: Our property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. For additional guests (up to a maximum of 12), there is a fee of $35 per person, per day to cover added liability, wear and tear, and cleaning. This fee applies only to guests exceeding 8.
• Hot Tub: While the hot tub is a wonderful feature, please note it cannot be guaranteed 100% of the time as unexpected maintenance issues may arise.
• Parties and Events: Parties, events, or similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. This policy ensures the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of all guests and respects the peace of our surrounding community.
• Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, all outdoor music and noise must end by 10 PM.

This was a very clean and well managed rental. The best features: strong communication from the owner/property management company, hot tub (kids loved it), and well equipped with all basics necessary for the stay. The property is in a fine neighborhood, very close to the facilities offered by the Hall of Fame. This isn’t a walkable neighborhood, as restaurants aren’t close and it’s purely houses. The Hall of Fame and the fields on the south end of the complex are easily walkable (no sidewalks though). It is an older home but we could tell they completed some nice updates and it was very clean.

Overall in good condition and listing was accurate. It would have been helpful to know that there was no bathroom on the upper floor. The low ceilings in the basement game room are a challenge even for average height people especially going down the basement stairs.
