The hotel didn’t have my Expedia reservation correct. Front staff was extremely rude when I was very confused and trying to figure out the miscommunication. They blamed Expedia, Expedia said they never confirmed the reservation. Despite the two front desk staff telling me they had rooms still, the Operations Manager told me they didn’t have room for us after all. I was refused a $275 refund so now filing a claim with Expedia. We didn’t even get to stay here!
